Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in the original packaging

Please remember these items are HAND MADE so there might be some variations to each one. Each item is unique and may have slight flaws because after all they are not factory made so they won't be "perfect". but we strive to have our items made to the best standards possible especially before shipping them out.


RETURNS
To start a return, you can contact us at MistysFunTimeDesigns@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return WILL NOT be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us IMMEDIATELY (within 3 days of receiving it), if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized and personalized items sold by Misty's Fun Time Designs are NON-REFUNDABLE, also if it is a tumbler or mug and it is used it is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
